Two Athletes.
Same Program.
Different Diets.
Different Results.
Your training plan is only half the equation. The athletes who get the best results aren't always the ones working the hardest — they're the ones who have figured out how to fuel the work. This course fixes the missing half.

Training Without
Fueling Is Guesswork.
Take two athletes and put them on the exact same training program. Give one of them a diet that actually supports what they're trying to do — and leave the other one guessing. Come back in 90 days and you'll see two completely different athletes.
That gap isn't talent. It's not work ethic. It's nutrition. And most athletes either ignore it entirely or get lost in contradictory advice and overcomplicated approaches that don't last.
The confusion is real — how do you fuel hard training sessions while also hitting body composition goals? How do you stay lean, strong, and athletic all at once? These feel like competing priorities. They're not — but only if you understand the system behind them.
It's to recover, adapt, and perform — every single time.
Most athletes spend hours optimizing their programming and zero hours learning how to actually fuel it. Nutrition is treated as an afterthought — until the results stop coming.
Cutting for body composition or fueling for performance? You can do both — but only when you understand how to structure your nutrition around what your training actually demands.
A clear, repeatable system built around your training — not a generic diet plan. Skills that transfer for life, not rules that fall apart the moment your schedule changes.
The Tactical
Fueling System
A 90-day small group coaching course led by a Registered Dietitian and Marine Corps Infantry veteran. This isn't a meal plan. It's a performance nutrition education — the skills, systems, and habits to fuel your training and your body composition goals simultaneously, for the rest of your life.
You fall to the level of your systems."
See What You're
Getting Into.
90 Days.
Three Phases.
The course moves through a deliberate progression — from understanding where you are, to building the foundation, to executing with confidence in the real world.
Establish your baseline. You'll fully assess your current diet, your knowledge of nutrition, and identify the specific gaps holding back your health and performance. No guessing — you'll know exactly what's broken and why before we build anything.
Lay the foundation. You'll learn how to properly fuel your body using performance-driven strategies — dialing in macronutrients, hydration, micronutrients, and nutrient timing to support training, recovery, and body composition. Not theory. Applied practice.
Theory meets reality. You'll refine your system, adapt to real-world constraints, and develop the ability to fuel effectively whether you're in the gym, on the road, in the field, or operating under a demanding schedule. This is where the habits lock in.
One Enrollment.
The Full System.
This isn't a video course you watch and forget. It's a fully coached 90-day experience with direct access to a Registered Dietitian the entire time.
A clear, progressive curriculum organized into three phases. Complete it on your own schedule with guided modules that build on each other from week to week.
Direct access to Erik every week for Q&A, troubleshooting, and deeper dives into key topics. Not pre-recorded. Not automated. Live coaching from an actual RD.
Stay connected between calls. Ask questions, share progress, and get real-time input from the coach. Erik actively monitors the group and responds directly — not a community manager, not a bot.
Erik is actively involved throughout the entire 90 days — monitoring the group, answering questions, and making sure every participant stays on track. This isn't a self-study program.
Capped at 30 participants — no exceptions. That limit exists for one reason: to ensure every person in the group gets personalized attention, not a one-size-fits-all experience.
Tools you keep forever — including the Warfighter Nutrition Guide, the "Prepped" Meal Prep Guide, and quick reference resources for key concepts you'll use in the real world.

Erik found his passion for nutrition and fitness during his time serving in the U.S. Marine Corps Infantry. After leaving service, he pursued that passion with the same commitment he brought to the Marines — earning his Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University Long Beach, then his Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Mount Mary University.
His Master's thesis focused on improving health markers in the law enforcement community through diet intervention — which tells you exactly what kind of nutritionist he is. Not one focused on aesthetics for aesthetics' sake, but on building human beings who can actually perform under real-world demands.
Having operated in environments ranging from military service to office settings to high-performance athletics, Erik builds nutrition systems that work within the constraints of your actual life — not an ideal version of it.
"My biggest struggle before Erik's course was poor body composition despite having a structured training routine. I also had a hard time sustaining energy during workouts and recovering efficiently. On top of that, I grew up with a pretty unhealthy relationship with food — I didn't fully understand how to properly fuel my body. Erik's course completely changed that. It gave me a clear understanding of how much our active bodies actually need and why. Learning how to fuel pre-, intra-, and post-workout has made a huge difference in helping me reach my bigger goals. Since applying what I've learned, my energy levels have improved dramatically — not just in my workouts, but in day-to-day life. I'm even sleeping better, which was an unexpected bonus. The material is so well laid out and easy to apply, even with a busy lifestyle."
